Construction Repair Specialist
Are you a hands-on problem solver with experience in carpentry, siding, and exterior home repairs? What We’re Looking For:
- Carpentry and Exterior Repair Experience: Skilled in repairing soffits, fascia, roofs, crawl spaces, and attics.
- Ladder & Roof Work: Comfortable using 32 ft+ ladders and working on steep-pitched roofs.
- Wildlife Handling: Willing and able to work around trapped wildlife.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think outside the box to create effective and aesthetically pleasing repairs.
- Adaptability: Work in extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools and power tools for home repairs and wildlife exclusion work.
- Navigate steep roofs and other difficult work environments safely.
- Utilize proper PPE and follow safety guidelines.
- Manage daily service routes efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Wildlife Control Knowledge: Strong understanding of wildlife removal and exclusion methods.
- Carpentry Skills: Ability to perform exterior and interior repairs.
- Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid driver’s license and a Missouri Class E license (or ability to obtain one).
- Experience: At least one year of ladder work required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $54,000 – $56,000 per year (pay increases based on skill level).

Mole Trapping Technician
Are you detail-oriented, enjoy working outdoors, and have an interest in wildlife control? Kelly’s Wildlife Control is looking for a Mole Trapping Technician to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and making a visible impact by helping homeowners eliminate destructive mole infestations.
As a Mole Trapping Technician, you will be responsible for setting, checking, and clearing traps, documenting activity, and ensuring effective mole control for our customers. If you’re a self-motivated individual who enjoys physical work, we encourage you to apply!
What We’re Looking For:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify mole activity and strategically place traps for maximum effectiveness.
- Independence & Responsibility: Ability to manage routes, track progress, and document services provided.
- Physical Fitness: Willingness to walk and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Experience with setting and maintaining various types of mole traps.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients about treatment plans and results.
Responsibilities:
- Identify active mole tunnels and properly set traps in strategic locations.
- Check and clear traps on schedule, ensuring humane and effective removal.
- Document all trapping activity, including location, trap performance, and mole captures.
- Maintain tools, traps, and equipment to ensure they function properly.
- Provide customers with updates and recommendations for ongoing mole prevention.
- Follow all safety protocols and use PPE when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Wildlife Control Knowledge: Familiarity with trapping techniques and mole behavior (training provided).
- Outdoor Work Experience: Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Route Management: Ability to follow a structured schedule and manage multiple customer locations.
- Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid driver’s license and a Missouri Class E license (or ability to obtain one).
- Experience: Prior experience in wildlife control, landscaping, or pest control is a plus but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

This role includes:
- Conducting property inspections (roofs, attics, crawlspaces)
- Creating customized exclusion proposals
- Presenting solutions to homeowners and property managers
- Closing high-value repair projects
- Meeting monthly sales goals

- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting structures

Wildlife Exclusion Specialist
Full-Time | Paid Training | Skilled Trade Career
Kelly’s Wildlife and Pest Control is hiring a Wildlife Exclusion Specialist to inspect homes, identify wildlife entry points, and install permanent exclusion repairs.
Responsibilities include:
- Roof work (ability to navigate steep pitched roofs)
- Using hand and power tools daily
- Ladder work (up to 32 foot)
- Sealing entry points
- Installing vent covers and exclusion materials
- Minor structural repairs
- Communicating clearly with customers
Construction or roofing experience preferred. Must be comfortable working at ALL heights.

Pest Technician
As a Pest Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pest control services to residential and commercial customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. (No prior experience is required for the trainee position — we provide hands-on training, licensing support, and mentorship.) You’ll be the face of our company in the field—educating customers, solving pest issues, and helping protect homes and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pest control treatments (interior and exterior) according to company standards
- Inspect properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate service records using company software
- Follow all safety protocols and label instructions for pesticide use
- Maintain equipment, tools, and service vehicle in clean working condition
- Upsell or recommend additional services when appropriate
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, etc.)
- State pest control license (preferred, or ability to obtain)
Preferred Experience
